Clear Inactive Accounts
Clearing is when a Brand Ambassador requests the Cancellation and Removal of Inactive Accounts in their Downline. Once the Account has been accepted for Clearing, the Inactive Account is removed from the Brand Ambassador's Downline and they are free to re-enroll and convert up to a new Brand Ambassador, without a waiting period.
Requests to remove inactive downline accounts will be processed and removed from the virtual office within the hour.
Please Note: Depending on the Account Type you are requesting to Clear in your Downline, the correct Form must be submitted. Plexus Annual Memberships are not refunded on Clear requests.

Qualifying Criteria to Clear Accounts
Account Type | Qualifying Account Criteria |
Brand Ambassador | The account is eligible to be cleared if it has not earned enrollments, orders, or commissions within the last 12 Months. |
VIP Customer | The account is eligible to be cleared if it has no enrollments or orders in the last 6 months. Brand Ambassador and VIP Customer Clear Request Form |
