Declan would not need an additional VIP Customer to Brand Ambassador upgrade; this would count as a Business Block for August. |

| If I build three business blocks in the promotion timeframe, am I eligible to have my bonuses doubled? | You are only eligible to have your bonuses doubled if you consistently build at least one business block in August, September, and October. Example: Cameron builds one business block in August and earns a 150 USD bonus, and two business blocks in October and earns 300 USD. While she will earn a total of 450 USD for the three business block she develops, she is not eligible to have her bonuses doubled as she did not have at least one business block in August, September, and October. |

| When will I receive the cash bonus(es) I have earned? | 150 USD cash bonuses earned in this incentive from qualifying business blocks will be paid out after each month’s commissions close, around mid-month of the following month. If you build one business block in August, September, and October, the doubled portions of the bonuses will be paid out after October commissions close, around mid-November 2026. |
| Is there a limit on the number of cash bonuses that I can earn during this incentive? | There is no limit to how many 150 USD bonuses you can earn for building qualifying business blocks. There are no limits to how many bonuses can be doubled for building at least one business block in August, September, and October. If you earn multiple cash bonuses you will receive a separate congratulatory email for each. |

Rules and Regulations
Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified and place an order of 100 PV or more during the month of August.
No adjustments will be made for sign-ups outside of the incentive dates. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive, but sign-ups on the reentry account will not count toward the qualification of the main account. Reentry accounts must qualify for the incentive on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will not count toward sign-ups for the incentive.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the incentive period.

This incentive will run from August 1, 2026, 12am US ET through October 31, 2026, 11:59pm US ET. This incentive is available to new and existing Brand Ambassadors who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia and Puerto Rico), Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Eligible Brand Ambassadors may earn a 150 USD bonus for each qualifying Business Block (“BB”) achieved in a calendar month. A qualifying BB consists of three (3) new Level 1 VIP Customers with initial qualifying orders of 100 PV or more and one (1) Level 1 VIP Customer upgrade to Brand Ambassador status. Subject to eligibility, verification, and the Official Rules. Void where prohibited. Other restrictions may apply.
