Plexus Email and SMS Communications
Email and Text Message (SMS) communications from Plexus go out to Brand Ambassadors and Customers with the latest information on incentives and promotions, product and tool launches, business building tips, and other important announcements.
How to Opt Into Emails
Follow these steps to receive Plexus email communications.
- Go to Plexusworldwide.com.
- Sign into your account.
- Click on the circle icon with your initials (top right).
- Click on My Account, which will bring you to your Profile page.
- Scroll down to Notification Settings.
- Click the switch next to "News and special offers" under Email.
- Brand Ambassadors have the option to opt in for two other email options:
- "Notify me when my downlines (levels 1-4) purchase a welcome pack."
(This option will automatically opt you into news and special offer emails.) - "Notify me when my Customer places an order."

- "Notify me when my downlines (levels 1-4) purchase a welcome pack."
- Brand Ambassadors have the option to opt in for two other email options:
Then, to ensure you are opted back into emails, click the link below and fill out your information. Once this information is submitted, you will receive an email with a link to confirm to opt-in.

You can expect up to a 72-hour delay before receiving your first email communication from Plexus.
At any time, you can opt-out of receiving emails by clicking “Opt out” at the bottom of Plexus emails which will turn off email notifications about special promotions, product launches, the weekly Scoop, etc. You could have also turned the email notification off in My Account.
Reasons You May Not Be Receiving Emails
- Error Status – When an email sent to an inbox and bounces multiple times it will automatically be set to error status in our system. Emails can bounce for various reasons such as, misspelling in your email address or your email service may read our emails as spam.
- Junk/Spam – It is possible that Plexus emails are going into your spam/junk folder. Always check your spam/junk folder and be sure to add Plexus to your email contact list.
How to Opt Into/Out Of SMS/Text Communication
Follow these steps to receive Plexus SMS mobile messages:
- Go to Plexusworldwide.com.
- Sign into your account.
- Click on the circle icon with your initials (top right).
- Click on My Account, which will bring you to your Profile page.
- Scroll down to Notification Settings.
- Click the switch next to "News and special offers" under Text. Red button means Text notification is on.
Alternatively, to opt into SMS mobile messages on your phone: Text advertised keyword to 1-888-212-1229 to receive promotional alerts from Plexus Worldwide.
Follow these steps to stop receiving Plexus SMS mobile messages:
Text STOP to 1-888-212-1229 to opt out.
Text HELP to 1-888-212-1229 or call: 1 855 888 6110 for assistance.
