| If a Brand Ambassador achieved Sr. Gold prior to April 2025, will they receive an invitation to attend? | No, this incentive is only available for Brand Ambassadors that achieve the rank of Sr. Gold for the first time in April 2025 and beyond. Any Brand Ambassadors that achieved Sr. Gold prior to April 2025 can continue to participate by achieving Ruby (Rubies on the Rise) and Emerald (Jewel School) for additional rank-based training opportunities. |

| Can I bring a guest? | The event at Plexus Headquarters is for Sr. Gold achievers only. However, travel plans are at your discretion – who you choose to bring with you on your trip and spend your free time with outside of the event is up to you. |

| How will a Brand Ambassador know if they have earned an invitation? | Plexus will send a congratulatory email with a registration link to those who achieve Sr. Gold for the first time. Emails will be sent out the week after monthly Commissions finalize. |
| How do I register? | When you receive your congratulatory email, you will receive a unique link in the body of the email. This will redirect you to our registration page, where you can enter your details. Registration will require you to enter your travel details. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your registration. |
| Is there a deadline by which I must register? |
Yes, you will have until the end of the calendar month in which you receive your invitation to register for the following month’s event. For example, if you achieve Sr. Gold for the first time in June, you will receive your invitation/registration email for the August event on or around July 15th. You will have until the end of the day on July 31st to complete your registration. |
| When and how will I receive the $750 USD or the local market equivalent stipend? | Plexus will pay $750 USD or the local market equivalent to all registered attendees upon arrival at the event via deposit into your Plexus Pay account. |

Brand Ambassadors must meet all qualifications to achieve Sr. Gold for the first time. All monthly commission qualification rules apply. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive.
