Points and Rank Up

Earning Plexus Points helps you rank up and increase your total commissions. Each point has a dollar value associated with it. Your points are generated from the PV amounts earned from product purchases by your VIPs, personally sponsored Brand Ambassadors on your level 1, and Brand Ambassadors and VIPs in your downline (up to 7 levels). As your team grows, so does your potential to earn points and rank up. Meeting the point requirements for new ranks unlocks increased earning opportunities.¤ This report displays the most recent rank ups on your team. For a full team history, please access the View Team and Full Genealogy reports in your dashboard.

 

Locating the Points & Rank Up Page

To locate the Points & Rank Up page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to PlexusWorldwide.com
  2. Login to your Account.
  3. Click Dashboard
  4. Click on the Points & Rank tile 
    or.
  5. Go to the left panel. Click My Business. 
  6. Click Points & Rank Up.

Description of Points & Rank Up Data

Each of the following data points is described in detail here. 

Terms Description
Current Points The number shown represents your current Plexus Points. You will earn more Plexus Points from your downline organization depending on your Paid Rank. If you are not yet commission-qualified, This number will show potential points based on your last month's points. View the Compensation Plan for more information.
Plexus Ambassador Rank This shows your highest achieved rank as well as the next rank to achieve. If you are a Diamond Ambassador, congratulations! This section will be blank, and you can focus on achieving Double Diamond.
Graph and Month Toggle This is the legend for the graphs. The left bar represents the previous month, the right bar represents the current month. Drop down for the month/ year. 
Points & Rank up Report

The Sort and Report feature in your Virtual Office allows you to customize your full Points & Rank up Report by selecting a series of filters to view and export that information.

Select your desired filters to see your custom report: 

  • Download the report as CSV or Excel
  • Show/ hide Search
  • Show/ hide filter
  • Show/ Hide Columns
  • Density
  • Fullscreen

Sort & Report Table

This table shows results from your selected Sort and Report filter. If no filter is selected, this table will show ambassadors in your downline on levels you earn credit for depending on your previous month's Paid Rank.

In addition to Sort and Report, your table of downline ambassadors can be sorted through additional filters:

  • Name - Click Name once to sort your downline alphabetically from A to Z or Z to A. Click the Magnifying Glass and type in the first name of the ambassador as it appears on their account to search for a specific ambassador.
  • Sponsor Name -The downline Brand Ambassador or VIP Customer's assigned sponsor (upline).
  • Level - This is the level of your downline ambassador.
  • Paid Level - This is the paid level of your downline ambassador, according to compression. If blank, there is no compression.
  • Primary Leg -  The Level 1 Brand Ambassador whose team
    contributes the most points to your
    Plexus Points for the month.
  • Account Type - Brand Ambassador or VIP Customer
  • Achieved Rank - This is your ambassador's highest achieved rank.
  • Paid Rank - This is your ambassador's paid rank for this month.
  • Points -This is the amount of points you potentially earn for this ambassador. As you rise through the ranks, you will earn more points on your lower levels. View the Compensation Plan for more information.
  • PV -This is the total amount of Personal Volume (PV) in your ambassador's organization.
  • Join Date - The date you enrolled
  • Order Status - This is your ambassador's order number and the date the order was placed. Click on the expand to view more details such as shipping address, products ordered, order status, order total, PV in the order, and whether the order was a one-time order or a subscription order. 
  • Subscriptions - This column will be blank if the ambassador does not have a subscription set up. You can view the date the subscription is set to run, PV on the subscription order, and whether the subscription is set to always ship or back up order if the ambassador does have a subscription set up.   • Team Points - This is the number of Plexus Points in this ambassador's organization.
View Team

To view your Ambassadors teams, active Ambassadors, new Ambassadors, current points, Personal Volume, and next rank up, follow these steps:

  • Click Expand (next to the desired Ambassador's name).
  • Click View Details to display their Individual Genealogy.
