How to Start a Live Chat

| 2. | Hover over the Help Icon located to the left of the Shopping cart. |
| 3. | Select the Live Chat option from the drop-down menu. |
| 4. | On the bottom of the screen in the pop-up window, type your inquiry where it says, How can we help? and hit enter. |
| 5. | The pop up will expand and show the various options to research via the Help Center or click Live Chat to speak to an agent. |
| 6. | If not logged, in fill in required information and select Start Chat. |
