How will I know if I earned any prize levels for the contest?

Brand Ambassadors will receive an email confirmation regarding their final credits and prize(s) earned with additional information regarding their achieved prize(s) no later than January 28, 2022. 

How will I receive the prizes I earned from the Success Sprints Q4 contest?

Brand Ambassadors must register and attend Leaders Retreat 2022 to receive all physical prizes. 

When will I receive the cash prizes for Success Sprints Q4 contest?

All Q4 cash prizes will be paid out on or by Friday, February 11, 2022, via the Brand Ambassadors Hyperwallet. 

Will I be compensated if I qualify but do not attend the Leaders Retreat event in Orlando, Florida?

No, there will not be financial compensation provided if the qualified Brand Ambassador does not attend.

What accommodations are included for me as a Leaders Retreat Qualifier?

Plexus will be covering your 3-night hotel stay for one standard room at the Gaylord Palms Resort. Check in: March 12, 2022, Check Out: March 15, 2022. 

What accommodations are included for a Shopping Spree earner? 

Shopping spree travel accommodations include:

• One standard room (room bed type based on availability) for check in on March 10, 2022, check out on March 15, 2022, and booked by Plexus once you complete your registration. 
• Up to 500 USD toward airfare for the winner only. 
• Airport transfer to the host hotel will be arranged by Plexus. 

To be eligible for air travel reimbursement, each qualifier is responsible for uploading their receipts for airfare as specified through the Leaders Retreat registration website once it is available. 

Please note: all itemized receipts submitted must be in a PDF format or a clear scanned copy of the itemized receipt (i.e. no screen shots or photos of receipts will be accepted). Winners will not be reimbursed the cash value of any reward points/frequent flyer miles used to book air travel.

Can I bring a guest to Leaders Retreat?

Brand Ambassadors who qualify for the Leaders Retreat are allowed to bring one guest. 

Will children be allowed to attend?

You are allowed to bring one guest, if your guest is your child please note it is highly recommended that children do not attend  the receptions as they are events catered to adults.

Will transportation be provided to/from the airport to the hotel?

Transportation will not be provided unless you are a Shopping Spree winner. Transportation will be the responsibility of the attendee. 

Is my airfare included?

All travel arrangements must be made on your own and are at your expense. 

When will we be able to register for Leaders Retreat?

Registration will be available once the contest concludes, and qualifiers are finalized mid-January.

How can I book my hotel room for Leaders Retreat? 

Rooms will be booked and assigned by Plexus based upon your contest credits, once you qualify for Leaders Retreat and complete your event registration.

Is parking covered by Plexus?

Parking is not covered by Plexus; any parking fees are at the expense of the attendee.

Will meals be provided?

Meals will be at the expense of the attendee, please note light appetizers will be provided at the receptions.

What is included in the Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando ticket prize?

4 tickets to your choice to of either Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando. 

Round trip shuttle transportation to and from the Gaylord Palms to the park of your choice. 

What dates and time will the Disney World and Universal Studios tickets be valid for?

Tickets will only be valid for the designated date of Sunday March 13th, 2022 to be used after the General Session One.

Can we switch park options?

No, once your ticket selection is made it is final as tickets will be purchased in advance for winners. 

Will I be compensated if I am unable to use the park tickets?

No, tickets will only be valid for the designated date of Sunday March 13th, 2022. 

How do I edit my Leaders Retreat registration guest name, registration answers, etc.?

To make modifications please log back in to your registration by selecting "Already Registered" on the homepage using your email and confirmation number. Please note, all qualifier and guest registration information must be updated no later than the deadline specified on your personal congratulatory email you received to register for Leaders Retreat.

What if I registered to attend but will no longer be able to attend the Leaders Retreat event?

There will not be financial compensation provided if the qualified Brand Ambassador does not attend. If you have registered, you must still cancel your registration and notify the Plexus events team at events@plexusworldwide.com. Please note if you do not cancel your registration by February 20, 2022, or do not show up you will be charged for your hotel stay.

What if I can't attend will I still receive my registration items?

You must be present and check in at the event in order to receive any of the items handed out at registration.

How do I cancel my event registration and hotel reservation?

Please contact events@plexusworldwide.com to notify that you are no longer able to attend. You may cancel your Leaders Retreat registration and hotel reservation at any time up to the cancellation deadline of February 20, 2022. If you cancel after the deadline of February 20, 2022, or do not check in at the hotel for your reserved room, you will be charged 1 night’s hotel cost plus fees and taxes, which will be deducted from your next commission payment.
