Customers and Brand Ambassadors can return easily your products for a refund by contacting Plexus Customer Service under the Plexus 90 Day Money Back Guarantee. See the money back guarantee policy below, along with the details about requesting a refund. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
What is the Plexus 90-day money-back guarantee?
Our goal at One Plexus is to contribute to your happiness. If you are not satisfied with a product, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return your order and get a refund full (minus shipping).

To Return a Product and Request a Refund:

1. | Call Customer Service at 480-998-3490. Submit the Refund Request Form. |
2. | An agent will determine your order is eligible to be refunded. |
3. | Once received the Package, the refund will be processed within the next 15 business days. |
4. | If the order is a Subscription, indicate if you want to cancel the subscription too. |
5. | To get the best service, you must Contact Customer Service by phone or by using the form to create a return authorization. |
Take into account:
1. | Upon receipt of the Return Package, the Plexus Finance Department will process the refund. Wait up to 15 business days from the day the return shipment is received so that the funds appear in the client's or Brand Ambassador's account, less shipping costs. |

All refunds must be returned to the original payment method according to the Regulations of the institution financial. We cannot make exceptions. |
