To find your tracking number, sign into your Plexus Worldwide account, and follow these steps:
- Click into your My Account page (icon of person in the top right).
- Click My Orders.
- Locate your order (recent orders are at top).
- The Tracking # will be listed under the Order # (Only orders that show a Status: Complete, will have tracking information)
- Due to the speed in which we pick, pack and ship your order, updated tracking information may not be available until after 8:00 PM AZ Time.
- If you place your order after our Noon shipping cutoff time, updated tracking information may not be available until after 8:00 PM AZ Time the following business day.
