Yes, this would count in the following 2 scenarios:
However, if they place an order as a Retail Customer prior to April 1, 2025, then upgrade to a VIP Customer by signing up with only a VIP Membership in April, this will not count toward the new enrollments unless they also place a qualifying 100 PV+ order in April. |

No exceptions will be made for enrollments outside the incentive dates.
Rules and Regulations
The incentive period will begin on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 12:00 am US ET to Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:59 pm US ET. Brand Ambassadors who enroll 4 new qualifying Level 1 VIP Customers with a 100 PV+ initial order AND retain 2 existing qualifying Level 1 VIP Customers with who signed up in March 2024 and placed an order in April will receive $300 USD.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for purchases outside the promotion period.
