| Can any of the new VIP Customers from the Brand Ambassador’s Level 2 count toward this incentive? | No. All new VIP Customer sign-ups need to be personally sponsored on the Brand Ambassador’s Level 1. |
| If I have 2 different accounts, can I earn an iPad on each account? | Yes, you can earn an iPad on each account as long as the qualifications are met. Ex: Lily has a main Diamond Account and signs up 6 new VIP Customers on this account and signs up 6 new VIP Customers on her Ruby reentry account during April. Therefore, she will earn Prize* on each account for a total of 2 Prize. |
| Will reentry accounts be eligible to earn an iPad for this incentive? | Yes, qualifying reentry accounts will be eligible to participate in this incentive. |

| If a person signed up as a VIP Customer prior to the start of this incentive, but placed their initial order with PV in March, would they still count towards earning a Prize? | As long as the person places a qualifying initial 100 PV+ purchase in March, they will count towards earning an iPad. Example: If Marshall signed up on December 30, 2024 but did not place an initial 100 PV+ order until March 2025, he would still count as an enrollment for the Prize. |
| If a US Brand Ambassador signs up someone in Mexico, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, would that person count towards earning the walking pad? | Yes, as long as the person living in any of these countries places an initial order of at least 100 PV. |
| If I become a VIP Customer in March and sign up someone under me, then upgrade to a Brand Ambassador later in the month, would the person I signed up when I was a VIP Customer qualify towards earning the iPad? | Any enrollments you make as a VIP Customer during the incentive timeframe would count towards earning the Prize* as long as you upgrade to a Brand Ambassador during the month of March. |

Example: If Carlos signs up 3 new qualifying Level 1 VIP Customers in March and one of them also becomes a new Level 1 Silver Brand Ambassador in the same month, that person would count as a new Level 1 VIP Customer enrollment and a new Level 1 Silver for Robin. |

Prizes and Redemption

| How do I know if I’ve earned an iPad? | A congratulatory email will be sent on or before April 21, 2025 alerting earners that they’ve qualified and will receive an iPad via mail. |
| How will I receive my iPad? | Prize redemption and shipping will be handled by the Plexus Mexico Sales Team. iPads will be shipped to the address in your Virtual Office on or before April 21, 2025. |

Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for signups outside the incentive dates.
Rules and Regulations
Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified and place an order of 100 PV or more during the month of March.
No adjustments will be made for sign-ups outside of the incentive dates. Reentry accounts will also be eligible for this Incentive, but sign-ups on the reentry account will not count towards the qualification of the main account. Reentry accounts must qualify for the incentive on their own. Upgrades from Retail Customer to VIP Customer will count towards sign-ups for the incentive.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this offer. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the incentive period.
