To be qualified for 2025 Get Loud Convention Contest, Brand Ambassadors must:
- Enroll a minimum of 3 new qualifying Level 1 VIP Customers with an initial 100 PV+ order during the contest period.
- Be commission qualified during the months in which they accrue credits.
- Have a Convention ticket and be registered to attend to earn and receive any prizes
Contest Prize Qualifications
During the 2025 Get Loud Convention Contest, Brand Ambassadors will only accumulate credits during the months in which they are commission qualified to earn Enrollment, Retention, and Rank Advancement Credits.
- They must enroll a minimum of 3 new Level 1 VIP Customers with an initial 100 PV+ order during the contest period.
For the entire month of January, existing Brand Ambassadors will receive double Enrollment, Retention, and Personal Rank Advancement Credits. Team Rank Advancement Credits are excluded from the double credits awarded during the first month of the contest.
However, those who become new Brand Ambassadors after January 1, 2025, will receive double Enrollment, Retention, and Personal and Team Rank Advancement Credits for the first calendar month they are in business.
Types of Credits and Ways to Earn them:
Enrollment Credits
Level 1: Every new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between January 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025 with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 30 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 50 Enrollment Credits.
Level 2: Every new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this same timeframe with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 20 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 25 Enrollment Credits.
Level 3: Every new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this same timeframe with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 15 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 20 Enrollment Credits.
Level 4: Every new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this same timeframe with combined orders totaling 100-149 PV in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 10 Enrollment Credits. Every new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls during this timeframe with combined orders totaling 150 PV or more in their first month before discount, tax, and shipping will earn you 15 Enrollment Credits.

Retention Credits
Level 1: You will earn 20 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 50-99 PV from each new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 30 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 100-149 PV from each new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 50 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 150 PV+ from each new Level 1 Retail or VIP Customer you enroll between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
Level 2: You will earn 15 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 50-99 PV from each new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 20 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 100-149 PV from each new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 25 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 150 PV+ from each new Level 2 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
Level 3: You will earn 10 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 50-99 PV from each new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 15 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 100-149 PV from each new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 20 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 150 PV+ from each new Level 3 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
Level 4: You will earn 5 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 50-99 PV from each new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 10 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 100-149 PV from each new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
You will earn 15 Retention Credits for every second or subsequent monthly subscription or discretionary order or combined orders of 150 PV+ from each new Level 4 Retail or VIP Customer who enrolls between November 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
The qualifying discretionary or subscription monthly orders can be multiple orders before discount, tax, and shipping.

Rank Advancement Credits
Personal Rank Advancement
You will earn Personal Rank Advancement Credits when you re-achieve or advance beyond your “benchmark rank”, which is your highest paid rank, between September 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. You will only earn Personal Rank Advancement Credits by ranking up to any given rank or re-achieving a rank once during the contest. You will not earn Personal Rank Advancement Credits if you rank up to the same rank twice in the contest.

You will earn Team Rank Advancement Credits when your Levels 1-4 Brand Ambassadors who have enrolled at any point in the history of Plexus re-achieve or advance beyond their “benchmark rank”, which is their highest paid rank, between September 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. You will only earn Team Rank Advancement Credits for your Levels 1-4 Brand Ambassadors who rank advance to any given rank or re-achieve a rank once during the contest. You will not earn Team Rank Advancement Credits if they rank up to the same rank twice in the contest.

Brand Ambassadors with reentry accounts can have their original accounts and reentry account’s enrollments combined to meet this personal qualification requirement to participate in this contest. Enrollments from spouse accounts cannot be combined with enrollments from original accounts. Jewel Brand Ambassadors can nominate 1 linked household account to fulfill this personal enrollment requirement. However, to earn prize tiers on both accounts, you must have a total of 6 new VIP Customers between the 2 accounts. Ex: Leslie is an Emerald Brand Ambassador who enrolled 2 new Level 1 VIP Customers on her reentry account and 1 new Level 1 VIP Customer on her original account. Returns | Will any credits be subtracted from my account if a Retail/VIP Customer or Brand Ambassador in my downline makes a return? | Yes. If a Retail/VIP Customer or Brand Ambassador in your downline returns their order and the order drops below the qualifying order requirement during the contest period, you will experience a credit deduction. Ex: Lindsay is a Brand Ambassador who signed up Ashley as a new Level 1 VIP Customer with a 100 PV purchase. Lindsay received 30 Enrollment Credits from Ashley. Shortly after Ashley became a VIP Customer, she decided to return her entire order. As a result, 30 Enrollment Credits were deducted from Lindsay’s account because Ashley did not meet the necessary qualifying order requirement as a new VIP Customer. |
Commission Qualified | Will I lose credits if I am not commission qualified in any given month? | If a Brand Ambassador is not commission qualified in a particular month, they will not earn any credits during that month. No credits will be lost from your existing credit amount, but no new credits will be earned during that month. |

Extenuating Circumstance | What if I cannot attend Convention? What will happen to the prizes I have earned? | Brand Ambassadors must be registered for Convention and expected to attend the event to receive prizes. However, those who cannot attend due to extenuating circumstances such as pregnancy, family emergency, serious illness, etc., will be able to submit a request to receive their winnings even if they cannot attend Convention. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. | ||||||||||||
Earned Prizes | What if I have earned prizes in the Convention Contest but choose not to attend the event in June 2025? What will happen to the prizes I have earned? | If you earn at least 2,000 credits and register and confirm your attendance but choose not to attend, all contest prizes you would have received while at Convention will be automatically forfeited if you do not attend. Earners List | Will there be an Earners List for the 2025 Get Loud Convention Contest? | Yes, there will be a weekly earners list featured in the Recognition Digest that will be emailed every Friday. It will include all Brand Ambassadors who have earned Get Loud Convention Contest prizes in a particular week. |
VO Tracker | How often is the VO Tracker updated? | Once the VO Tracker is officially launched, it will be updated approximately every 24 hours. |
Fluctuating Credits | I have noticed that credits have been fluctuating in the Get Loud Convention Contest VO Tracker. Why is this happening? | Your credits can fluctuate based on Commissions closing and contest eligibility. They will be officially finalized after Commissions close each month. |
Virtual Attendance | Will there be an option for Brand Ambassadors to attend Convention virtually this year? | There will be no option for Brand Ambassadors to attend the 2025 Get Loud Convention virtually; they must attend the event in-person. |

Rules and Regulations
This contest runs from Wednesday, January 1, 2025, 12 am US ET through Wednesday, April 30, 2025, 11:59 pm US ET. Brand Ambassadors have an opportunity to earn Enrollment, Retention, and Personal and Team Rank Advancement Credits to qualify for a variety of amazing prizes in the 2025 Get Loud Convention Contest. Convention will take place from June 17-19, 2025 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.
Brand Ambassadors must be commission qualified during the months in which they accrue credits. They must also enroll a minimum of 3 new VIP Customers with an initial 100 PV+ order before discounts, tax, and shipping during the contest period.
No adjustments will be made for enrollments outside of the contest dates. Brand Ambassadors with reentry accounts will have the option of combining enrollments from their original accounts with these accounts to meet the personal qualification requirement of 3 new VIP Customer enrollments to participate in this contest. Only Jewel Brand Ambassadors can nominate 1 linked household account to achieve this personal sign-up requirement to participate. However, the account must be linked by the end of the contest. If they would like to link their accounts and are an Emerald Brand Ambassador or above, they must contact the Jewel line for assistance with the process. To earn prize tiers on both accounts, they must have a total of 6 new VIP Customers between the 2 accounts.
All returns, refunds and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this contest. All credit card payments for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers must be in their own name and not that of the sponsor or upline. Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide and can be conducted at any time. No exceptions will be made for the purchases outside the promotion period.
