Arrival and Departure
The recommended arrival and departure dates for the Convention:
| Arrival: | It is recommended that participants should arrive on or before June 17, 2025. Registration will open on June 16, 2025 with our first General Session on June 17, 2025. |
| Departure: | We encourage attendees to depart on June 20th, 2025, so they don’t miss the final event on the night of June 19, 2025. |

You are responsible for booking and paying for your airfare, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Plexus does not cover or provide any of these things. |

Modify your Registration
How to Modify your registration:
| Step | Action |
| 1. | Click “Already Registered” from the event website. |
| 2. | Enter the email address you used to register and your confirmation #number. |
| 3. | Once logged in, click the 'Modify Registration' button. |
| 4. | Make modifications, as necessary. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of each page to proceed. |
| 5. | Once you have made all modifications, select ‘Submit’ from the Summary page. |
Cancel your Registration
For the $99.00 ticket, you may cancel your registration; however, there are no refunds or exceptions.
You can make all cancellations before registration closes on July 31, 2024, through the registration website by following the steps below:

After July 31, 2024, should you need to cancel, please email events@plexusworldwide.com. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your airfare and hotel reservations.

| Children | Can children attend Convention? | Because seating is limited, and this is an educational training conference for your business, we ask that attendees not bring children. Please note anyone attending any of the Convention events must be registered, registration fees are the same for all; however, children 5 and under are free. |
| No Ticket Transfer | I’m no longer attending Convention may I transfer my ticket to someone? | There will be no transfers of tickets allowed for this event. If you can't attend, please refer to the cancellation policy. |

Average high temperatures range from the upper 80s to mid-90s Fahrenheit (around 31-35 degrees Celsius), with occasional days reaching even higher temperatures.
